Information, not a project agreement

This website introduces our services and provides general project-planning resources. Browsing a page, downloading a resource, submitting an inquiry, or receiving a confirmation does not create a client engagement, reserve capacity, or confirm a price or delivery date.

Project scope, fees, responsibilities, data access, acceptance criteria, and any ongoing support are agreed separately before the work begins.

Examples and planning resources

Service examples describe possible applications. They are not claims of completed client work or promises of a particular outcome. Guides help you ask useful questions; adapt them to the people, systems, and constraints involved in your own work.

You may download and adapt the planning worksheets for your own internal use. If you share an unchanged resource, please keep its Palmetto attribution. Do not present these materials as evidence that Palmetto has reviewed or endorsed your project.

Sending a project inquiry

When submission is available, the inquiry form sends the contact details and project information you enter to Palmetto and requests an email confirmation to the address you provide. Use an address you can receive mail at. A confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not mean the project has been accepted, and a queued email status does not guarantee inbox delivery or a response time.

You can also complete the PDF worksheet, scan it, and send it to the return email address printed on the sheet. A direct email link, when available, opens your own email application; you decide whether to send that message.

Do not include passwords or confidential customer records in an initial brief. See our privacy notice for how the website handles brief inputs and technical requests.

Respectful use

Please use the site and its public API without disrupting their operation, attempting unauthorized access, or misrepresenting your relationship with Palmetto. Public information and planning resources are intended to be read and used constructively.

Availability and updates

Website information and resources may change. A guide cannot account for every business circumstance, and a proposed approach still needs to be checked against your actual requirements. Availability and support commitments for client work belong in the relevant project agreement.
