Your project inquiry
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional organization, the workflow you want to improve, your desired outcome, and any additional context you choose to provide. Before submission, these details stay in the open page's temporary memory. They are not saved in browser storage for a later visit.
When inquiry submission is available, submitting the form sends the details you entered to our API hosted by DigitalOcean. The API passes them to Resend to send an inquiry email to our Northwest-hosted business mailbox and a confirmation, including a copy of your inquiry, to the email address you provide. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. Submission does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
The application does not keep an inquiry database or write your submitted answers into application logs. It keeps limited, temporary information in server memory to prevent abuse and repeated submissions. Email copies and delivery records may remain in our mailbox, your mailbox, and email-provider systems according to their policies and account settings. There is no fixed retention period promised by this notice.
Check your email address before submitting. Avoid including passwords, confidential records, or personal customer information in an initial inquiry. A received or queued message status does not guarantee that an email reaches an inbox.
Blank worksheet downloads
The blank PDF worksheet is a separate download. It does not contain or submit the answers entered in the inquiry form. You can annotate the downloaded worksheet in a PDF reader or print it, then decide whether and how to share it.
Email links
When a direct contact email link is available, it opens your own email application. Opening the link or downloading a brief does not send a message. You decide whether to send an email and what to include. Email is handled separately from the website through the services used to send and receive it.
Technical requests and hosting
DigitalOcean hosts this website. Delivering pages and files requires processing technical request information, which can include a network address, the requested URL, and the time of a request. Hosting infrastructure may also keep operational records to deliver and protect the service.
The application does not automatically log API request bodies, URLs, or headers. Hosting infrastructure may still keep request and security records under its own settings. Do not put sensitive information in URLs. Infrastructure log retention depends on the hosting service and its settings.
Your appearance preference
The site follows your device's light or dark preference until you choose a theme with the header button. When browser storage is available, that choice is saved on your device in local storage under palmetto-theme. The saved value is only light or dark; it does not contain your project brief or identify you.
The theme control does not send this choice to our server. You can change it with the same button or clear the saved preference through your browser's site-data controls. If storage is blocked, the button still changes the current page's theme, but the choice may not be remembered on a later visit.
Tracking and browser features
The website does not include advertising pixels or marketing analytics tools. Fonts are served with the site. There is no account signup or payment flow. Project inquiries are used for the inquiry and its confirmation, not a marketing subscription.
The application does not set its own tracking cookies. Hosting and delivery infrastructure may use browser features or cookies for service operation or security, so this is not a claim that every request is cookie-free.
Questions and changes
The Contact page shows the currently available contact options. If a direct email link is shown, you can use it to ask about this website's handling of information. You can also reply to an inquiry confirmation you have received; its reply address directs the message to the business mailbox.
This notice describes the website as it operates today. It will need to reflect any future change to forms, analytics, accounts, or other information-handling features.
